Return Policy / Warranty Information
Everything you get from our store comes fully cleaned and tested with a warranty. All discs and games come scratch free and are guaranteed. A receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. Unopened new merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Opened new merchandise cannot be refunded and will be treated as a trade-in. Pre-owned merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if defective or 2 days if unhappy with purchase. Item(s) must be returned in original condition that it was sold. If item shows signs of tampering or abuse, the warranty will be voided. We reserve the right to refuse any return. Pre-owned or refurbished console systems have a 30 day replacement warranty. Handheld systems are sold AS IS and have no warranty. Warranty will be void if VOID sticker is removed or the system shows any sign of physical abuse or tampering.
